Four Pillars Gin Collaborates With Chocolatier Paul A Young To Celebrate World Gin Day

With World Gin Day taking place on Saturday 10th June, the Four Pillars Gin Chocolate, a collaboration between Four Pillars Gin and inspirational chocolatier, Paul A Young, could be just the thing to make your celebrations even better!
Using Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, – a gin made in the Yarra Valley, Australia – the chocolate has been created using cucumber, pink grapefruit zest, coriander seed oil and Valrhona 64% Madagascan Dark Chocolate. These flavours perfectly complement the botanicals used in Four Pillars Rare Dry, which include Tasmanian Pepperberry, Lemon Myrtle, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coriander Seeds and Star Anise, to name just a few.
The Four Pillars Gin Chocolate is part of the paul.a.young fine chocolate Summer Collection, which will be available in all three Paul A Young Chocolateries.
Four Pillars Gin will be showcasing their range at Juniapoolza, a celebration of all things gin, on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June at Tobacco Dock in London. A limited number of Four Pillars Chocolate will be available at the Four Pillars stand for people to sample.
Paul a Young is a ground breaking and inspirational chocolatier who is at the forefront of the British chocolate scene. He has a reputation as an incredibly creative chocolatier, a flavour alchemist who often incorporates unusual flavours into his wonderful chocolates and develops flavour combinations that are original, experimental, sometimes daring yet always perfectly balanced.
Speaking about the collaboration, Paul said: “Working with Four Pillars Gin as an ingredient has been hugely inspiring. The unique mix of botanicals found in the gin are wonderful and unlike anything I have ever tasted before. Creating this chocolate has been challenging, exciting and ultimately hugely satisfying, as the resulting chocolate is truly exquisite and perfect for summer. We’re very proud to have it as part of our Summer Collection.”
