Exciting news in the drinks world. Hayman’s Gin has added another English Gin to its range, albeit on limited release – only 1500 bottles are available world wide. Launched at BCB, Hayman’s English Gin Cordial has a warm, spicy character that’s full of flavour.
Don’t let the reference to cordial fool you; at 42%abv, this drink unlike any other cordial you’ve tasted before. In the mid 1800s, Cordial Gin was a luxurious style of sweetened gin. Hayman’s has carefully crafted the recipe for their Hayman’s English Gin Cordial to replicate this historical gin, in both style and name. At that time, the term ‘cordial’ was used in association with alcoholic beverages.
300 bottles have been made available to the UK market and the RRP for Hayman’s English Gin Cordial is £35.
