Originally from Italy, moved to the UK in 2017, Mattia began his journey behind the bar, making his mark at standout venues such as Cahoots and Alma, where he earned a reputation for creativity and elevating the guest experience. His passion for innovation led him to work as Brand Ambassador for Casoni, where he helped shape the brand’s identity and drive its growth across the UK. Now, with a unique blend of hands-on hospitality experience and commercial strategy, he brings bold ideas and genuine energy to his role at Love Drinks.
